I know the Thunder have improved some, but come on guys! The lakers have seemed to struggle a bit against OK.

Our boy Bryant dropped in 40 points for the sixth time this season, and the NBA-leading Lakers shook off a rough first half before hanging on for their 16th victory in 17 games, 111-108 over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday night.

Christmas Day at the Staples center should be an awesome game. I grabbed myself some tickets to this game and I will be there watching the action live. There are still some lakers v.s Cavs tickets left that can be emailed. So if you want to watch a sweet game, buy lakers tickets now.

If you can’t get out of the house on Christmas Day, You should buy Lakers vs. Warriors tickets on 12/29.

The Bucks Stop Here…Kobe Does It Again…

December 17, 2009 by lalakers · Comments Off

With the score tied 95-95 with just seconds remaining in regulation, Kobe pulled up for a 15-footer over Charlie Bell, which clanged off the backboard, sending this game into overtime. You could just tell that if Kobe had a second chance, he would send the Bucks to the locker room.

Well, that time came again, this time with the Lakers down by one and just seconds left of the clock. Kobe got the ball, pulled up for another 15-footer over the same Charlie Bell, in almost the same location on the court and dropped it in for the win! Kobe Bryant’s buzzer-beater gave the Lakers their 13th win in 14 games.

Kobe finished with 39 points and Pau Gasol had 26 points and a career-high 22 rebounds.

Lakers Back on Track

December 16, 2009 by lalakers · Comments Off

After a pitiful loss to the Utah Jazz last weekend, the LA Lakers started another winning streak with a beat down of the Chicago Bulls in Chicago Last night, 96-87.

This was really Kobe Bryant’s night as he dropped in 42 points against the Bulls. One man scored approximately 44% of the teams points. No matter what he did, the Bulls couldn’t stop him. Especially during the first quarter when the Lakers superstar went off for 20 points.

The Lakers started a new winning streak which they will take to the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday and the New Jersey Nets on Saturday.

Kobe Buzzer Beater…

December 5, 2009 by lalakers · Leave a Comment

Well what can I say, just when I thought the lakers were going to get handed their 4th loss of the season, Fisher and Bryant put up a few last second 3-pointers to steal the game from the Heat!

Down by two with 3.2 seconds left, Kobe Bryant merely wanted to drive for a tying basket. His foot slipped when he got the ball, and Miami’s defense forced Bryant to throw up an off-balance 3-point shot that was well off target and far too long. But POW…it dropped through off the back board for the win!

The Steve Nash and the Phoenix Suns invade the Staples Center this weekend on 12/6. The Suns started the season off hot, but have cooled down over the past few games. There are still great seats available for this game so be sure to buy Lakers-Suns Tickets from LALakersTickets.us.

Lakers spank the New Orleans Hornets

December 2, 2009 by lalakers · Comments Off

Behind the sweet play of Andrew Bynum with 21 points, the Lakers beat the New Orleans Hornets 110-99 on Tuesday for their 7th straight victory. A 27-11 Lakers run to end the first half broke open the game, and basically put away the Hornets.

On a side note, our boy Kobe Bryant scored just 18 points, failing to reach 20 points for the first time in his last seven games.

The Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat are next on the list for the lakers, the Heat come the Staples Center this Friday 12/4 for the match-up against the lakers. There are still great seats available for this game so be sure to buy Lakers-Heat Tickets from LALakersTickets.us.

Thanks
